Counseling with children (ages 7 and up), military families, adolescents and young adults. I use a variety of evidence-based practices to include Motivation Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play/Art Informed Interventions as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy informed coping skills.
I have been providing clinical services for over 12 years. In such time I have worked with individuals and families involved with the child welfare system, Department of Juvenile Justice, school-based programs as well as in private practice.
My trainings have included:
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder - Certified Clinical Services Provider
- Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (not currently providing this service)
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Rostered with MUSC Project BEST)
